Constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross with white enameled arms, with each arm joined through the quadrants by an NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika on a white enameled disc, the twelve oclock arm topped by a fan and integral loop connecting to a ribbed suspension ring retaining a period
