Epidote, Quartz & Axinite EPI85 #gemstone 120 mm x 80 mmEPI85 Epidote, Quartz & Axinite rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back, Epidote is the green mineral, Axinite is grey. Quartz is white. Dimensions at widest points approx. 80 mm x 75 mm x 30 mm thick. Weighs 391 grams This stone occurs in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. It occurs as a single vein, no thicker than 250mm that cross cuts the Weeli Wolli formation, a banded iron formation, (commonly jaspilitic) which is also
