Germany, Federal Republic. A German Cross in Gold, Early Exhibition Example by Rudolf Souval Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic 1924 in Pöchlarn(Deutsches Kreuz in Gold, Museumsstck). Constructed of gilded neusilber with gilt and silver finish and with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a double overlaid eight pointed starburst, bearing a central silvered disc overlaid by a raised and black enameled mobile swastika, surrounded by a circular gilded laurel leaf wreath, wrapped in ribbon and joined together at the bottom by a plaque bearing an institution date of 1941, the reverse
