Our version is so close to the original that owners of Oahu instruments buy LS 8 pickups and hardware from us for use in the restoration of their prized guitars. The LS 8 is set up for F6 tuning (DFACDFAC) but other tunings can be accommodated by installing strings that are gauged for those tunings.
