Russia, Imperial. An Order of Noble Bukhara, I Class Star, c.1915 Republic of by Hubertus SchwartzInstituted 1881 by Emir Muzaffar. (1881 1920 issue). Constructed of silver with enamels, the obverse consisting of a subtly vaulted eight pointed star, the obverse bearing a central blue enameled applique with script cartouche indicating non Muslim issue, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge emanating from a crimped base, accommodating a flattened vertical catch which meets a flattened catch soldered to a rectangular base plate, unmarked but
