A six point silver star with smooth rays, superimposed on the obverse sits a blue enamelled six point star with a crescent moon and star in each arm, with the center medallion featuring a rising sun against the sea, the reverse presents a vertical pin flanked by dual stays, measures 66. 9mm (w) x 75. 8mm (h), weighs 61. 2 grams, enamels intact (center medallion is
