Fermented as whole bunched in concrete tank and matured in the same tank for 12 months creates a deliciously fresh and elegant wine with a wonderfully perfumy aroma of black currents, cloves and violet. The palate has vibrant fruit with a beautifully coated acidity and supple tannins which give it length.
