In silver, a red and white enamelled cross, obverse central medallion featuring a superimposed red cross on a white field, encircled by a red ring inscribed PATRIAE AC HUMANITATI, a green enamelled wreath lays across the arms, the reverse medallion features the dates 1864 1914, marked on the integral suspension with an Austrian silvermark denoting Vienna manufacture, worn
