Sabal minor High Springs Podophyllum (syn: Amorphophallus albispathus AGA-1023) ThisSabal minor 'High Springs' comes from our 2003 expedition to Alachua County, Florida, where we found it growing in a low flood plain alongside Serenoa repens and Rhapidophyllum hystrix. What intrigued us about this population was that the plants were much shorter and wider than normal. In the garden, our 12 year old plant is 2' tall x 4' wide, topped in August with thin, 7' tall flower stalks. This is our first offering from this collection.
