Les Sorts Sycar 2023 Moscatel This Fino is created from60% Cariena (known locally as Sams), 40% Syrah. 13 months' ageing in French oak (80%) and American oak (20%) barrels. Complex black fruit, plum and violet aromas. Hints of coffee, tobacco, toast and cocoa. Mediterranean herbs. Soft tannins, medium bodied, perfectly balanced with a long and flavoursome finish. Pairs with game birds, roast lamb, red & white grilled meat, sheep's cheese, heart charcuterie.
