Les Sorts Jove 2025 Pedro Ximénez Rafa (is een persoonlijke vriendGarnacha Tinta, Cariena (known locally as Sams) and Syrah. Carbonic maceration in an oxygen free environment. No wood ageing. This Les Sorts has all the typical aromas of a wine made in this way: very fruity with strawberry and raspberry tones. Still, it's nicely concentrated and flavoursome. Rounded, fresh, very soft, especially for the 'hard' grape that is Cariena.
