The nose opens with flavors of apricot, quince, candied orange zest. Suave and creamy on the palate, with yellow fruit and slightly floral characters. Nice balance, length with a nice aromatic persistence. Produced predominantly from Semillon grapes which are left in the vines to develop 'Botrytis'. Made only in exceptional years.
