Mottura Negroamaro del Salento 2023 (op=op) Asperges Started in 1981Made from the negroamaro grape, a variety grown in southern Puglia since the 6th century BC. The wine has a garnet red color with purple sparkles. In the nose, it is broad and intense with aromas of ripe fruit, pepper, tobacco, walnuts combined with ethereal notes. On the palate it is velvety, full bodied, powerful and harmonious. The negroamaro grapes come from different municipalities in Salento. The terroir consists of calcareous clay. Winters here
