In brass, type I with solid eye loop, obverse illustrating the crowned monogram of Prince Milan IV Obrenovic, the monogram framed by a wreath composed of branches of laurel leaves and oak leaves, the wreath incorporating a flowing ribbon banner inscribed with the names of the battles in cyrillic script of Shumatovatz, Nish, Ak Palanka, Pirot, Grdelitza, Vranja, Sv. Nicola and Adlije,
