Rich mahogany color, smoky aromas of grilled meats, campfire, caramel, brown sugar and coffee. Medium full body with smooth, nutty and sweet vanilla bean finish. Matured in extra charred new American Oak then raked over French Oak staves to deliver a complex, layered taste profile. Bottled at 103 proof cask strength, non chill filtered. Mash bill of 80% corn, 20% rye.
