A German Troops Of The Croatian Defence Force Sleeve Insignia Newly Listed FILLIAT 1911)Constructed of stamped aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at both the top and bottom by ribbon, bearing a central red disc overlaid by a black swastika highlighted with a silver frame, the edges perforated with six eyelets for sew on attachment, unmarked, measuring 60 mm in diameter, a rare variation in extremely fine condition.
