The Swedish bands fourth album is the one when guitarists Fredrik Thordendal and Mrten Hagstrm leveled up from seven to eight string guitars, and the rhythm section slowed the tempos down to form uncanny, neck snapping grooves all together creating the template for djent and making Meshuggah an even weirder, more uniquely obliterating
