Estate Argyros Vinsanto ‘Heritage’ Vintage 1947 (500ml) northern rhone and the Cognac produced thereAn Assyrtiko dominant blend with smaller components of Athiri & Aidani. Grapes are sun dried for two weeks after manual harvest. Spontaneously fermented in cement. Extremely long and careful aging in a mixture of thoroughly used Russian, French and Austrian oak barrels ranging in size from 300L to 1350L. Approx 300 g L of RS. Bottled in 2025. What a privilege it is to taste this wine. Sampled from barrel, the soon to be released Estate Argyros 1947
