A well preserved Gulag inmates telogreika constructed of a padded wool shell lined on the exterior with a dark blue grey cotton liner, executed with ribbed quilting. Stitched onto the upper left breast is a white cotton label which appears to be hand painted Cyrillic characters . The cuff of each sleeve features a narrow slit which closes with a pressed card stock button meeting a single loop. Five additional buttons are affixed to the right
