Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, trimmed with interwoven black threaded and silver aluminum wire piping, the obverse bearing hand embroidered silver aluminum wire letters SD, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
