Reconta Cagnulari Alghero Riserva 2021 mammutone Grapes grown in a protectedGRAPE VARIETY 100% Cagnulari ALCOHOL CONTENT 14. 5% ORIGIN Vineyards located in the countryside surrounding Alghero, with the calcareous soils of Villassunta and Usini. PROCESSING The grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of October, fermented in steel containers for about 18 days. It is then refined in French oak barriques from Allier for 14 months and subsequently aged in steel. CHARACTERISTICS Color: Ruby red with purple reflections.
