First opening in 1978, Action Park earned the nickname "Class Action Park" over the years for the number accidents and injuries that occured on the premises. Eventually, the mishaps caught up to Action Park and they were forced to shut the park down in 1996. It would eventually be sold and renovated before opening up again under a
