Instituted in 1960 (three piece construction, insignia in silvered bronze with white enamels, mounted to a star shaped base in bronze with red and white enamels, measuring 47. 3 mm (w) x 45. 7 mm (h), horizontal pinback with hook, intact enamels, traces of silvering remains on the insignia). 2.
