Clos Cypres 2021 100% palomino fino van de100% Cariena (known locally as Sams). Vines up to 85 years old (1934 to 2000) planted on the slopes of the Sant Mart plot, in the south of Priorat. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 500 litre, French oak barrels followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. After this the wine is aged for a further 12 months in the same barrels.
