An extremely well preserved Kriegsmarine EM NCOs board cap, constructed of dark navy blue wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which taper downward toward the peak. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a blue rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered golden yellow Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 60 mm (w) x 25 mm (h) overall.
