Romania, Kingdom. Order Of The Star Of Romania, V Class Knight, Military Division, C.1940 Hold with a flak artillery gun(Ordin "Steaua Romaniei"). Instituted in 1877. Type II (1932 1947). In silvered bronze with red, green and blue enamels, gilt cypher of Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 41 mm (w) x 62. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, tiny chip evident in the blue enamels on the arm at 6 o'clock on the obverse, otherwise the enamels are intact, on a 1932 1938 original ribbon with hook and eye, near extremely fine.
