Matassa 'Coume de l'Olla' VDF Blanc, 2024 soave Pizzocheri is an Italian buckwheatThis wine is a blend of Macabeu, Muscat d'Alexandria, and Muscat Petit Grain, from the biodynamic mastermind of the Roussillon, Tom Lubbe. It is the same blend as its bigger sister Cuve Marguerite, but as a single vineyard situated on clay, and lime soils instead of schist. As such, it is a slightly fresher expression with bright tropical and orchard fruit like nectarine and ripe yellow peaches, with a feather like quality on the palate. Pair it with
