The award was given to a woman named Ida Frhlich for winning the Gau wide competition in group iron and metal. The document is dated to Berlin on national labour day (May 1), 1938 and carries the facsimiles of national labour leader Dr. Robert Ley and national youth leader Baldur von Schirach.
