A Long Service Decoration, III Class for 25 Years Service consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac measuring 215 mm in width(Militrdienstzeichen fr 25 Jahre). Instituted September 19, 1849. Type IV (1913 1918). In bronze gilt, a cross pattee with pebbled arms, the obverse features a superimposed silver doubleheaded eagle, the reverse plain with central rivet, measures 35. 4 mm (w) x 38. 1 mm (h inclusive of integral ring), worn on original triangular ribbon, light wear, in extremely fine condition.
