Vintage Wooden Tom Thumb Tug Boat indianapolis Industrial shop stool with welded1930s; Jacrim Manufacturing Co. Boston, MA Jacrim Manufacturing Company was founded in 1922 in Malden, Massachusetts by Arthur Jackson and Chester Rimmer, who both studied naval architecture at MIT, graduating in 1921. The company found success in producing wooden toy ships and sailboats that were able to float. By 1926, Isadore and Benjamin Marks of Marks Brothers Company had become the heads of Jacrim until the company was legally dissolved in 1934.
