Vintage Talking Matty Mattel Plush Doll industrial fan and is being sold asc. 1960s; Mattel, Inc. El Segundo, CA Vintage plush and vinyl Mattel mascot doll. This doll is the former mascot of Mattel, Matty (albeit without his iconic crown). The voice mechanism is engaged by a classic pull string operation. Matty's body and hair are made of a plush material while the head is painted vinyl.
