The vineyard is located in the Coteaux Varois en Provence sub region of Provence which is inland from the coast, and consequently cooler with later harvest dates and more freshness in the finished wine. This offers aromas of subtle, spring tree blossoms, resinous herbs, and an oceanic mineral component. Try this with any fresh fish, shellfish or vegetable dishes. This can stand up to assertive flavors.
