This is a natural hybrid between Nepenthes robcantleyi and mindanoensis which are reported to grow sympatrically at highland elevations in southeastearn Mindanao

These plants are vigorous growers for us under intermediate and highland conditions

They seem much more consistent with the species type description though there's probably still work to be done to fully elucidate their exact origin
