François Crochet Sancerre, 2024 anise First Run was Wolves’ premierThis wine is always made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. We would pair it with Elrick Log, a soft ripened, lactic goat's cheese from Scotland. This is Crochet's entry level Sancerre and is a collage of different terroir throughout the village of Sancerre. The grapes are sourced from various vineyards with different soils, aspects, and steepness grades. The juice is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, and is razor sharp and electric.
