This particular motor has a plastic adapter (see enlarged picture above). It is specially fitted with the plastic adapter to fit the CleanFreak 120 PSI heated and the non heated carpet extractors. This 2 stage vacuum motor (part # 11639200 AC) provides a ton of recovery power. Be sure to inspect your recovery system to make sure all safety shut off floats are working
