Ube Maina 2017 Terroirwijn uit Jerez hay and almond aromas100% palomino fino from old vines planted on the northernmost part of Finca La Charanga, a piece of vineyard that is part of Pago Maina, one of the legendary wine regions near Sanlcar de Barrameda, close to the Atlantic Ocean. The soil is albariza barajuela with a high content of maritime fossils, which provide great concentration, structure and remarkable salinity. The whole bunches were fermented without temperature control, in old 1000 liter botas.
