A field converted Luftwaffe Officers overseas field cap, constructed of dark grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls, sloping toward the front, which are topped by a length of silver aluminum wire piping secured in place with hand stitching. The peak features an insignia in the form of a dark grey wool backer bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a wreathed
