This cuvée was first bottled in 1997 in homage to Joe Dressner's and Denyse Louis' dog Buster and is bottled annually (unlike other Buster cuvées

as the Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah vines were planted at about 700 meters of altitude

St. Antony Weissburgunder Rheinhessen, 2022 Oregon red wine and pine nutsThis wine is made of 100% Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and shows aromas of orange and green apple. We would pair it with Veal Milanese. The palate is slightly herbal with a slight saline minerality, and fruit notes of ripe yellow peach and nectarine. A dry, crisp, and refreshing white we come to expect from southern Germany. St. Antony seems to achieve the impossible, farming biodynamically and organically on very steep hilly vineyards.
