An Honour Medal Of Syrian Merit, Iv Class, By A.bertrand Auction Archive This division fought in EstoniaIn bronze with green and white enamels, maker marked "ARTHUS BERTRAND" and marked "DPOS" (Deposit) on the reverse of the integral suspension, measuring 39. 5 mm (w) x 55 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, intact enamels, original ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: The Honour Medal of Syrian Merit was instituted on April 10, 1926 by the French High Commissioner in Syria. It was awarded for services to Syria or for acts of
