Constructed of gilded tombak with enamels, the obverse consisting of a central mobile swastika flanked by a pair of blue enameled wings with feathering and details highlighted in gilt, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked C. E. JUNCKER, BERLIN SW, measuring 80. 35 mm (w) x 14. 75 mm (h), weighing 17. 2 grams, accompanied by its original
