'Soplar' Lager fresh cheeses or asparagus risottoNatural Red Wine The light and easy going Soplar is made from Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes from numerous plots in Rioja Alta, around San Vicente de la Sonsierra and balos, planted between 450 650m elevation. As all Moraza wines, biodynamic practices are observed and the wine is also certified organic. The terroir here is mainly clay and limestone soils. The wine ferments and ages in concrete.
