Thanks to the barrel aging applied, the wine has a very intense nose with aromas of ripe black fruit, well integrated with toasted, spiced and smoky notes. Thick and full in the mouth with very ripe and round tannins that give it its sweet softness. In the long and persistent finish, again ripe fruits appear, perfectly composed with the toasted character of the wood. El Viejo is made from
